Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CardQuest TCG mobile application ("App") operated by Holographic Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 4 years of age to use CardQuest TCG. Users under 13 must have verifiable parental consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

2. Account Registration

To use CardQuest TCG, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

CardQuest TCG offers virtual currency ("Bolts"), virtual packs, and a subscription service ("CardQuest TCG Plus"). Please note:

• All virtual items, currency, and digital cards within the App are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value
• Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold, and remain the property of Holographic Labs LLC
• Purchases of Bolts, subscriptions, and other in-app items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust virtual items and pricing at any time
• Virtual items cannot be transferred, traded, or sold to other users or for real money

4. Subscriptions

CardQuest TCG Plus is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($39.99/year) subscription. Subscriptions:

• Automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Are managed through your Apple ID account settings
• Can be cancelled at any time through the App Store — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Are non-refundable for unused portions of a subscription term, except as required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the App
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on others' rights

6. Intellectual Property

CardQuest TCG and all content within the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, code, and features, are the property of Holographic Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

CardQuest TCG uses Pokémon card data for informational and collection-tracking purposes. Pokémon, all Pokémon character names, and related marks are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. CardQuest TCG is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CardQuest TCG is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Card price data is provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect current market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holographic Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of virtual items or account data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CardQuest TCG at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and any virtual items associated with your account may be forfeited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
