Holographic Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the CardQuest TCG mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using CardQuest TCG, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a username you choose.
• Profile information: Avatar selection and optional profile photo stored locally on your device.
• Collection data: Cards you add to your collection, pack opening history, and binder contents.
• Usage data: App activity such as missions completed, bolts earned, and packs opened.
• Purchase information: Subscription status and in-app purchase history processed through Apple's App Store. We do not store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your CardQuest TCG account
• Provide core app features including collection tracking, pack opening, and trade analysis
• Process and manage your subscription and in-app purchases
• Track missions, rewards, and progression
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Respond to support requests

3. Data Storage

Your account and collection data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Profile photos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

4. Third-Party Services

CardQuest TCG uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Database and authentication (Privacy Policy)
• RevenueCat — Subscription and purchase management (Privacy Policy)
• Apple Sign In — Optional authentication method (Privacy Policy)
• Pokémon TCG API — Card data and pricing information

These services may collect information as described in their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

CardQuest TCG is intended for users aged 4 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and collection data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of any future marketing communications

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
